Pre-Repair Checklist and Liability

If a pre-repair checklist cannot be performed, we are not responsible for any additional device functions that fail to operate correctly after the repair. Any issues with device functionality post-repair, for devices where a pre-checklist was not feasible, are not covered under the repair service. Any subsequent repairs required to address these issues will be at the customer's expense.

Pricing and Quotes

All prices and quotes include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are subject to a visual inspection of the device. Final costs may vary based on the inspection results.

Data Protection

We take every precaution to preserve your data, settings, and information during the repair process, understanding their importance to you. In cases where there is a risk of data loss, we will inform you in advance. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of data, settings, or information that may occur during the repair process.

Warranty

All repairs come with a three-month warranty. This warranty is void if the device or replaced parts show signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, mistreatment, or tampering by a third party. This condition also applies to our lifetime guarantee, where applicable.

Payment and Collection

Repaired items must be paid for and collected within 60 days of the repair completion date. Failure to pay within 30 days of the repair date will incur a $30 administration fee, unless prior payment arrangements have been agreed upon. Unclaimed items will be recycled after 60 days.

Handling Fee for Rejected Quotes

A $30 handling fee will be charged for all rejected quotes after our technician has handled the device. In most cases (99%), we provide an accurate quote prior to handling the device. No charges will apply if the device is deemed irreparable.

Network Restrictions and Call Barring

We do not offer refunds for repairs on devices with call barring imposed by the network provider. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the device is legitimate and free from such restrictions. Unlocking a device does not remove call barring.
